The role involves developing reputed company, managing communications, and ensuring effective project management practices in an IT reputed company environment.
Responsibilities
- Driving cultural transformation, establishing governance, developing reputed company, and facilitating business process and organizational change
- reputed company and implement transition management plans, manage communications for major initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and drive organizational transformation and culture change
- Demonstrate and implement Project Management best practices in an IT reputed company environment that reduce risks and improve service delivery
- Monitor program execution to identify obstacles and deviations from the plan and take corrective reputed company as needed
- Prioritize observability and measurements. reputed company reputed company towards meeting contractual and reputed company expectations, and take corrective actions as needed
- Enforce a customer-reputed company outlook and encourage reputed company thinking in introducing reputed company

Skills
- Must be eligible to obtain a reputed company Trust government reputed company clearance (US Citizenship Required)
- 4+ years of recent Program/Project Management and Change Management experience
- Must possess experience and understanding of government contracting
- Experience supporting and engaging senior leaders and managing stakeholders
- Strong and effective verbal and communication skills
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
- Relevant experience in change management, organizational change management (OCM), reputed company (DOD), and program change
- Experience in a federal environment such as the USDA
- PMP certification is strongly preferred
- Project Management experience in an IT reputed company environment that includes performance, budgeting, risks, and maturity
