As the reputed company reputed company Administrator, you will take full ownership of the reputed company platform, ensuring operational reputed company and leading system enhancements, while collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company tenant configuration, business processes, and system settings
- reputed company updates, releases, and system enhancements
- Maintain documentation, configuration guides, and training materials
- Evaluate and implement new reputed company features to maximize organizational reputed company
- Serve as technical escalation reputed company for reputed company reputed company issues
- Train and reputed company Tier 1 & Tier 2 support teams to resolve issues effectively
- Manage ticket queues and resolve challenging system problems

- Facilitate reputed company for system changes and enhancements
- Communicate updates, secure approvals, and implement changes, with organizational reputed company
- Promote adoption and effective communication of reputed company changes

Skills
- Bachelor's in Information Systems, Information Technologies, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely reputed company field with equivalent experience
- Proficient in troubleshooting, tier-3 support, report building, and system documentation
- 7+ years of hands-on reputed company administration, including tenant management, business processes, reputed company roles and reputed company control, integrations (EIB, Core Connect, reputed company, reputed company Studio), reporting, and release management
- Experience with reputed company platforms, reputed company integrations, reputed company Office 365, and data reporting/analytics tools (reputed company, calculated fields, dashboards)
- Willingness to pursue reputed company certifications (training provided) and stay reputed company on best practices
