Responsibilities
- Reconciles and validates financial and statistical data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Analyzes financial and statistical data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepares detailed financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
- Develops and manages the annual budget, collaborating with department directors to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Evaluates profitability by analyzing reimbursement rates from insurance payers and other reputed company sources
- Provides reputed company and relevant financial information to support decision-making processes
- Conducts research and collects data to support financial analysis and reporting
- Utilizes financial modeling and forecasting techniques to predict reputed company financial performance
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive financial analysis and reporting
- Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting
