Responsibilities
- Review and execution of Firewall Service Requests (FSRs), break-fix tickets, and formal change requests
- Facilitating the decommissioning and 'refresh' of End-of-Life (EOL) hardware on a recurring reputed company
- Implementing reputed company controls and configurations to ensure agencies remain in alignment with IRS, FBI, and CJI compliance standards
- Technical configuration and management of reputed company ASA and Palo reputed company firewalls
Skills
- Specialized network and cyber reputed company administration support
- Review and execution of Firewall Service Requests (FSRs)
