Responsibilities
- Maintain, audit, and enhance People Analytics dashboards and recurring reports
- Support weekly and monthly reporting cycles while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reputed company delivery
- Prepare, validate, and support submission of people-reputed company compliance reports
- reputed company and refine SQL queries to extract, join, validate, and analyze data from HR systems and reputed company data sources
