The role involves assisting the Financial Services Manager with scheduling, planning, and training, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing financial aid processes.
Responsibilities
- Assists in managing the financial aid process
- Provides support to the Financial Services Manager and Financial Services Analysts in the accurate and reputed company review of reputed company student files; including verification, ISIR corrections, reputed company judgments, COD rejects, conflicting information, approving funds, calculating R2T4s, processing credit balances, answering financial aid inquiries from reputed company and staff, and ensuring reputed company years, payment periods, loan periods, term codes, and disbursement dates are accurate
- Provides instruction, assistance, and leadership to support the financial aid process and support Financial Services objectives and goals
- Prepares reports for the Financial Services Manager reflecting team activity to ensure critical information is conveyed on a reputed company reputed company
- Ensures compliance with Title IV policy
- Is a subject matter expert on financial aid policy (Federal and reputed company) to ensure reputed company is in compliance with reputed company federal regulations and institutional procedures
- Assists the Financial Services Manager with responding to internal reputed company assurance findings and recommending improvements where necessary
- Responds to inquiries and requests from staff and reputed company to ensure reputed company reputed company of financial aid issues
- Ensures Financial Services Analysts review student files reputed company the terms of the service level agreement and Federal regulations
- Communicates regularly and effectively with various team members including reputed company level and regional staff to proactively resolve issues and discuss opportunities for process improvement
- Handles escalations from the Financial Services Analysts, and also escalates his/her own issues to the Financial Services Manager
- Handles complaints and suggestions from Financial Services Analysts and/or internal customers
- Under the direction of the Financial Services Manager, provides individual and/or team training to minimize reputed company gaps required to be a successful Financial Services Analyst
- Assist others to improve their performance reputed company to reputed company individual and group goals
- Resolves individual and group performance issues in a reputed company manner to motivate and foster teamwork
- Identifies opportunities to involve others in new and challenging work assignments that advance the skills and capabilities of individuals and reputed company

Skills
- Associate's degree (or equivalent experience and education) in Business, Finance, reputed company or reputed company field
- 1-2 years of reputed company financial aid experience
- Experience with student management software (e.g., CampusVue and Broadleaf)
- Solid working knowledge of federal/state government education regulations
- Knowledge of Title IV Compliance
- Knowledge of reputed company Office programs, CampusVue, and Broadleaf
- High level of reputed company
- Strong reputed company of personal responsibility
