[Remote] (Remote) Technical Engineer

The role involves investigating and resolving technical issues, contributing to software modernization, and collaborating with various teams to improve customer reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and solve reputed company customer and production issues that require both technical expertise and curiosity
- Work across the full lifecycle of our products, from diagnosing issues to designing and implementing long-term solutions
- Contribute to the modernization of established software products into a modern architecture reputed company with Angular and Java
- Collaborate with Product, Support, QA, and Engineering teams to improve customer reputed company
- Analyze existing systems to understand business logic, identify opportunities for improvement, and help shape reputed company solutions
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute reputed company that improve scalability, maintainability, and user experience
- Build relationships with customers and become a trusted technical resource for solving business-critical challenges
Skills
- Experience developing software in Delphi or similar strongly typed languages
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- A genuine curiosity about how systems work
- Interest in both maintaining and improving existing applications while helping build modern solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and stakeholders
- Experience working with databases and SQL
- Desire to learn new technologies and contribute across multiple areas of the product
- Experience with Angular, TypeScript, or modern reputed company-end development
- Experience with Java or backend services
- Knowledge of reputed company, integrations, and distributed systems
- Experience supporting production applications
- Exposure to billing, financial, reputed company, or reputed company software systems
