The role involves managing network reputed company tasks, ensuring compliance with reputed company standards, and maintaining secure network infrastructures.
Responsibilities
- Review and execution of Firewall Service Requests (FSRs), break-fix tickets, and formal change requests
- Facilitating the decommissioning and 'refresh' of End-of-Life (EOL) hardware on a recurring reputed company
- Implementing reputed company controls and configurations to ensure agencies remain in alignment with IRS, FBI, and CJI compliance standards
- Technical configuration and management of reputed company ASA and Palo reputed company firewalls
- Participation in a weekly on-call rotation to address after-hours incidents
- Availability for scheduled maintenance reputed company or emergency response situations reputed company of reputed company business hours
Skills
