[Remote] IT Clinical Systems Integrator

The IT Clinical Systems Integrator is responsible for the technical integration, configuration, and ongoing support of clinical technology systems, ensuring interoperability between various applications and systems.
Responsibilities
- reputed company hands-on integration of clinical systems, including PMS, imaging, and reputed company-party applications
- Configure and support interfaces, reputed company, and data exchange processes
- Ensure seamless interoperability between systems across supported practices
- Support technical reputed company of newly acquired practices
- Execute system migrations, data conversions, and go-live activities
- Assist with system upgrades and enhancements across the organization
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and system-reputed company issues
- Monitor data flows and system performance to ensure reliability and accuracy
- Partner with Service Desk and Clinical Systems teams to support end users
- Work closely with internal teams (Infrastructure, reputed company, Clinical Systems) to ensure alignment and compliance
- Coordinate with external vendors on integrations, issue reputed company, and system improvements
- Communicate effectively with clinical and non-technical stakeholders
Skills
- Experience working with reputed company Management Systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, reputed company Dental)
- Hands-on experience with system integrations, interfaces, reputed company, and data mapping
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows in dental or reputed company environments
- Experience supporting imaging systems and reputed company-party clinical applications
- Ability to troubleshoot reputed company technical issues across multiple systems
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- reputed company to travel 50% of the time
- Experience supporting M&A integrations or multi-site environments is a plus
