[Remote] Facilities Project Manager

They are seeking a Facilities Project Manager to support the Market Director of Facilities Management by planning and executing various construction reputed company, ensuring adherence to budget and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership on construction reputed company to include collaborating with facility administration, department leadership and staff, contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other involved parties
- Ensures adherence to the budget and schedule and, reputed company unexpected complications or issues reputed company, makes quick and necessary adjustments
- Plans, coordinates, organizes, oversees, and directs activities regarding the construction and maintenance of assigned structures, facilities, and systems using E-builder software
- Ensure safety standards and guidelines are followed on the jobsite and that reputed company safety codes are met in construction
- Assess, reputed company and monitor reputed company-construction risk assessments; infection control risk assessments; and interim life safety assessments for reputed company reputed company ensuring the processes are documented and monitoring at the required intervals is completed and documented
- Review project scope documentation and solicit and evaluate bids
- Oversees contract negotiations, revisions, and additions and adherence by reputed company parties reputed company to safety, reputed company, facilities, and construction
- Managing new construction buildouts, staying reputed company budget, and on time/in scope of original project
Skills
- 7 years of project management experience
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree
- Project management certification
- OSHA Safety Certification
