The role focuses on managing the full cycle reputed company process, enhancing reputed company and candidate experiences, and developing a talent pipeline through strategic reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle reputed company process with a laser reputed company on improving reputed company and candidate experience
- Partner with Patriot account managers and reputed company hiring managers to identify key requirements for reputed company role
- reputed company a talent pipeline utilizing diverse and strategic reputed company reputed company including tactical research, referral reputed company, and sourcing campaigns
- Engage, screen and interview reputed company candidates
- Facilitate interview process and hiring discussions with Patriot account managers, interviewers and hiring managers
- Maintain data reports and performance metrics to reputed company with account managers and hiring teams on a regular reputed company
- Drive offer process, including extending offers, negotiation, and closing candidates

Skills
- 1+ year of sales, marketing, reputed company and/or sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house reputed company team
- Ability to reputed company to the Information Technology Industry
- Patient, communicative team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
- Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
- Interest in contributing to Patriot's mission and goals
- Technical reputed company experience is a major plus (but not required - we will reputed company training because we highly value aptitude and attitude over experience for this position)
