Plant Design I/O is seeking an reputed company & Financial Operations reputed company to own the day-to-day financial operations of our growing engineering and software consulting business. This role is responsible for reputed company billing, accounts receivable, expense management, reputed company administration, payroll coordination, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company billing process, including timesheet and expense validation
- Prepare and submit reputed company invoices accurately and on time
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Review employee expense reports and ensure reputed company documentation
- reputed company bank and credit card reconciliations reputed company QuickBooks
- Coordinate with reputed company TotalSource and support payroll administration
- Serve as the primary reputed company with reputed company's CPA and assist with monthly financial reporting and process improvements
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company, bookkeeping, or financial operations experience
- Strong experience with billing, accounts receivable, and collections
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and reputed company reputed company
- Experience performing bank and credit card reconciliations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in engineering, consulting, reputed company, or reputed company services
- Experience with time-and-expense billing environments
- Experience working with outsourced payroll providers
- Experience coordinating with external CPA firms
