Responsibilities
- Analyze large reputed company BPO operational datasets to discover trends, anomalies and performance patterns that improve decision making for diverse business functions
- Design data models that optimize storage, retrieval and processing efficiency for reputed company BPO workflows while maintaining high standards of data reputed company and consistency
- reputed company robust machine learning solutions that predict volume, effort and risk indicators to support reputed company planning and service level optimization across business processes
