As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative New reputed company Prescription Drug Program (NBPDP), you communicate with customers by telephone in a knowledgeable and personable manner. You will work in a contact center environment and ensuring call reputed company, timeliness, availability to the customer and being proactive about providing consistent, reliable customer service experiences. No overnights or weekends! Monday to Friday (37.5 hours/week) 8:00AM to 5:00PM ATL.
