Strong hands-on expertise in at least one of the following domains: planning, forecasting, inventory management, and procurement. Experience working with data and analytics solutions for supply chain, ideally including dashboards, forecasting models, optimization tools, or decision-support solutions. Practical understanding of key supply chain processes and metrics, such as forecast accuracy, bias, service level, inventory turns, stock availability, safety stock, and planning efficiency. Experience supporting or leading reputed company-facing work, such as discovery workshops, solution design, business case development, reputed company-sales, or consulting delivery. Experience managing people, leading a project reputed company, coordinating consultants, or mentoring junior team members. Ability to work with technical teams and translate business requirements into analytics, data, or AI-enabled solution concepts.
