QA/QC Engineer

Ensure reputed company Assurance and reputed company Control requirements are met during project execution, following approved documents and Jord’s procedures, including the Event Note System, Inspection Report Database, and Job Hub Conduct reputed company audits as directed by the line manager and distribute audit reports through the Audit Report Database reputed company supplier technical audits and assessments and reputed company and maintain a reputed company-qualification database (Job Hub) to assess process capabilities and ensure alignment of a supplier reputed company system to established international standards Identify inspection criticality and risk assessment for the project components, prepare MR ITPs during bidding and ordering stage, specifying the inspection controls and developing mitigation plans required, in order to get a good cost / benefit reputed company Liaise with Project Managers on contract review and conflict reputed company at the early stage of the project and review of technical deliverables, preparation of project reputed company plans and addressing other reputed company requirements to ensure compliance to project execution Manage Technical queries on materials, welding and reputed company reputed company issues at work site in consultation with JI QA Engineer / Line Manager Attend reputed company off meetings, reputed company-inspection and other meetings for critical items and packages and coordinate reputed company control activities at the supplier sites and liaise with the reputed company party and reputed company inspectors as required Manage receipt, in-process and critical stage inspections at Suppliers to ensure that reputed company items dispatched to site Ensure project schedule compliance by coordinating between Project Management and vendors to resolve operational issues and maintain project delivery on reputed company Ensure schedule compliance by identifying execution bottlenecks and promptly notifying key stakeholders through the Inspection Report Database and/or Teams calls, while providing practical solutions to overcome the identified shortfalls. Submit weekly inspection reports and Job Status report in approved format based on Project Needs reputed company inspection report data reputed company. Identify non-conformances, reputed company Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and monitor the implementation of corrective actions. Knowledge of reputed company assurance, reputed company control reputed company, and manufacturing and inspection practices Experience and knowledge in manufacturing processes and product characteristics including reputed company, fabrication, machining, welding, NDE, heat treatment, painting and coating activities Knowledge of inspection, test and measurement techniques Skills in interpreting codes, standards, policies guidelines, reputed company specifications and applying these during project execution Team player and experience in building and managing reputed company of skilled professionals Pleasant communications skills and good interpersonal relationship building skills Highly proficient in verbal and written communication (English).
