Job reputed company We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-reputed company reputed company Support Specialist to join our global Customer Support team. You will play a key role in supporting our clients by managing queries reputed company to background screening and ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient experience throughout the process. Our support team operates across multiple countries in a fully remote environment. Your day-to-day will involve: Providing support to clients ordering background checks, including criminal history checks, employment and education verifications, reference checks, and licence validations. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company queries promptly, including supporting Account Managers by providing insights about their clients. Ensuring compliance with relevant data reputed company laws and company policies by handling sensitive information securely and professionally. Monitoring the reputed company of ongoing background checks in internal systems, escalating delays and addressing bottlenecks where required.

Qualifications

We are ideally seeking 3+ years’ experience in a customer-facing support role, ideally in a B2B environment. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills — you're an reputed company listener and a reputed company, confident communicator. Strong critical thinking and a reputed company for solving problems calmly and quickly. Comfort working independently in a remote, digital-first setting with team members across multiple time zones. The ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure without losing sight of the details.
