Responsibilities
Manage a family law caseload independently from intake through reputed company Handle reputed company involving divorce, custody, visitation, support, property division, and domestic violence restraining orders Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, settlement agreements, and other legal documents reputed company in court for hearings, conferences, and trials Conduct legal research and reputed company a case reputed company Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Maintain accurate case files and meet deadlines Work collaboratively with support staff and firm leadership
Qualifications
