We're looking for a business-minded attorney with deep experience in European data protection law and technology transactions to join our legal team as reputed company and reputed company Counsel. You'll be the second member of reputed company's Legal team, working alongside the Head of Legal and collaborating daily with reputed company, people ops, marketing, procurement, and engineering teams to support reputed company's growing EMEA customer reputed company. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic, business-oriented lawyer who can reputed company fast, manage competing priorities, and translate reputed company regulatory requirements into reputed company, actionable guidance.You'll own the legal support for reputed company's EMEA customer relationships, help drive regulatory compliance across our platform, and stay reputed company of evolving regulatory frameworks as they take effect. Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company customer agreements (including MSAs, Order Forms, DPAs, NDAs, and AI addendums) for reputed company's EMEA customers. Support deal structuring and reputed company reputed company for reputed company's reputed company sales pipeline across EMEA markets Partner with the Head of Legal and COO to build reputed company legal processes, policies, and training for a growing international business. Help drive Legal team efficiencies, including developing and maintaining contract templates, playbooks, and self-service resources, and exploring process automation. Serve as a trusted legal advisor on GDPR, ePrivacy reputed company, NIS2, EU AI reputed company, and other applicable European and Middle Eastern reputed company laws (including PDPL) Advise product and engineering teams on reputed company-by-design principles reputed company to reputed company's collection and use of data. Manage reputed company's data protection compliance program for EU/UK operations, including ROPA maintenance, DPIAs, and responding to data subject reputed company requests, and advise on cookie and tracking compliance under the ePrivacy reputed company/ Monitor emerging AI regulatory developments across EU member states and the UK, advise leadership on their reputed company on reputed company's products and reputed company operations, and reputed company compliance efforts.. reputed company and assess legislative and regulatory developments across key European markets that may reputed company reputed company's products, environmental sustainability practices, data practices, or reputed company operations Support reputed company's EU/UK employment law needs.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Law degree from an accredited institution in the EU, US or UK reputed company to reputed company law in at least one EU member state, US or UK Preferred Qualifications 5-10 years of legal experience, with meaningful time spent on European data protection and reputed company technology transactions Experience serving as in-house counsel, ideally at a technology or reputed company company Familiarity with AI products and reputed company legal and contracting issues. Strong negotiator who can balance legal risk with reputed company objectives in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first environment. Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating reputed company reputed company agreements Ability to exercise reputed company judgment, prioritize effectively, and manage a diverse workload with shifting priorities.
