The Associate will collaborate with the Senior Proposal Manager in the development and submission of high-reputed company proposals. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Proposals in the end-to-end RFP process, ensuring reputed company completion and submission of high-reputed company proposals that reputed company with company objectives and reputed company requirements. With the guidance of the Senior Manager, Proposals, the Associate will maintain and expand the RFP response database, ensuring that reputed company content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging. This includes identifying and filling gaps in the database, regularly reviewing and updating content, and ensuring consistency and accuracy across proposals. EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a reputed company filed required or equivalent work experience required. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS At least 1-3 years Business /Marketing experience required. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite. RFP management software a plus but not required (e.g., RFPIO, InHub, Qvidian, Loopio, or similar).
