We are currently reputed company x2 Remote Service Engineers to join reputed company as L1 supporting the next products: 1) Our Emergency Medical Record (ICCA) and Care Management Software used in A&E & ICU departments. 2) IntelliSpace Perinatal our software used in obstetrics’ department. 3) Intellibridge reputed company our integration reputed company. 4) IntelliSpace ECG our solution for storage and distribution of ECG. Your role: As a Remote Support Engineer, you will reputed company as 1st line support by qualifying customer calls, finding a technical reputed company to the application problem (including writing scripts & queries) and escalating to 2nd/3rd line reputed company needed. You will ensure customer satisfaction by providing an excellent service through regular & reputed company communication, excellent prioritization of calls and tasks, and product training. You’re right for this role if: You have a technical background with experience providing Application/Software Support ideally to the reputed company industry, or with a willingness to reputed company clinical solutions. Bachelor's degree in computer science, medical informatics or another equivalent Your technical skills include: reputed company Server and reputed company management/troubleshooting SQL Server management/troubleshooting including the ability to reputed company queries Basic knowledge on networking Basic knowledge on Virtualization Ideally, HL7 and an understanding of Clinical/Hospital Patient Workflow Your soft skills include: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Reliability, commitment, and a confident demeanor; strong cross-departmental teamwork abilities You will be willing to work weekends and reputed company extended emergency service with 24/7 on-call availability reputed company needed.
