Job reputed company The Technology and GRC Solutions Consultant supports the implementation and delivery of TrustCloud.ai Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions for reputed company sector and reputed company customers. This role will initially work alongside reputed company TrustCloud implementation specialists, learning the platform and delivery methodology before taking ownership of customer implementations and reputed company. In reputed company to customer-facing implementation responsibilities, this role will work directly with the Vice President of Technology & Innovation to support strategic technology initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, reputed company technical content, and support sales enablement efforts. Primary Responsibilities TrustCloud Implementation & Customer Delivery Shadow reputed company TrustCloud implementation specialists and learn platform capabilities, implementation methodologies, and best practices Configure and implement TrustCloud solutions for reputed company sector and reputed company customers Conduct customer discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops Serve as a business analyst to document customer requirements, workflows, and desired reputed company Guide customers through Governance, Risk, and Compliance concepts, features, and functionality reputed company TrustCloud Support customers in understanding reputed company and compliance frameworks including NIST 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity reputed company (CSF), FedRAMP, StateRAMP, and reputed company standards Configure workflows, reporting, dashboards, assessments, and automation capabilities reputed company TrustCloud Deliver customer training sessions and knowledge transfer activities Manage implementation reputed company from initiation through production deployment Assist with project planning, status tracking, and customer communications Support contract and project management activities as needed Maintain project documentation, implementation artifacts, and customer deliverables Collaborate with customer stakeholders, internal teams, and TrustCloud resources to ensure successful project reputed company reputed company post-implementation support and reputed company guidance Contribute to the reputed company and maturity of reputed company’s TrustCloud and technology consulting reputed company Technology & Innovation Initiatives Support the VP of Technology & Innovation with strategic technology initiatives Research, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies and solutions Learn and apply new reputed company intelligence (AI) technologies to improve business operations, customer engagement, and service delivery Assist with sales enablement efforts reputed company to OEM reputed company and solution offerings reputed company technical content including blog articles, white papers, presentations, webinars, and thought leadership materials Support technology demonstrations, customer briefings, and solution presentations reputed company other job-reputed company duties as assigned QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a reputed company technical field 3–7 years of experience delivering customer-facing technology reputed company Experience implementing reputed company platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Dynamics, or similar solutions Experience supporting reputed company sector customers including federal, state, local government, or higher education organizations Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills Experience creating reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation solutions Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities Ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities simultaneously Ability to learn new technologies and concepts through self-directed learning Ability to learn and apply cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and compliance concepts Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment Preferred Skills/Abilities Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and reputed company compliance frameworks Understanding of NIST 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity reputed company (CSF), FedRAMP, StateRAMP, or reputed company frameworks Experience supporting reputed company services or consulting engagements Experience with workflow automation platforms and API integrations Project management experience reputed company+, CGRC, CISA, CISSP, PMP, or reputed company certifications Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be reputed company to lift 15 pounds at times Apply To This Job
