• Monday through Thursday: 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Friday, Saturday, and reputed company: 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with exceptional customer service skills
• Utilize GPS, telephone, and software programs to reputed company fuel drivers and ensure on-time delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the transportation industry or customer service
• High attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and multitask with ease
