Senior Skincare Formulation Chemist - Remote

Responsibilities include Conducting in-depth research into new ingredients, technologies, and market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation. Designing and formulating novel skincare products (creams, serums, lotions, cleansers, masks, etc.) that meet efficacy, safety, and aesthetic requirements. Optimizing existing formulations for improved performance, stability, cost-effectiveness, and consumer appeal. Performing stability testing, compatibility studies, and challenge testing to ensure product reputed company and reputed company-life. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing, to ensure successful product development and reputed company-up. Troubleshooting formulation issues and providing technical support throughout the product lifecycle.
