Manager, Learning and Change Management (HR Service Center)

About the position reputed company is seeking a strategic and reputed company-thinking leader to join our HR Service Center team as Manager, Learning & Change Management. This leader is responsible for designing and executing integrated talent and learning strategies that accelerate reputed company; building organizational capability; and driving change management to support Quest’s employees. The position is remote and may be based in the US, with a preference for those reputed company reputed company of a Quest hub location.

Responsibilities

• Use modern instructional design reputed company-first learning reputed company to design and deliver a holistic learning reputed company of both HRSC operational processes and customer-facing HR technology enhancements
• Create programs to support development of HR reputed company Service talent, including cross training, mentorship, and upskilling programs
• Drive improvements through employee experience and resources (Tier 0/Tier 1) support based on regular data insights analysis
• Champion a culture of learning, reputed company, and reputed company while identifying reputed company gaps reputed company the HRSC
• Identify present and reputed company learning and development needs by conducting needs analysis, and reputed company plans to address these needs
• Continually refine and improve learning and development curriculum based on feedback from customers and training evaluations

• Manage end-to-end change management initiatives for the HR Operations organization
• Conduct change reputed company assessments for both HR and employee processes to continuously improve employee experience
• Identify needed employee resources for changes in HR technologies and processes, including training and office hour sessions, quick reference guides, video tutorials, e-learnings, etc.
• Create and facilitates training sessions for both the HR Shared Service team and the large-reputed company employee/leadership population
• Partner with Corporate Communications team to ensure a thorough, multi-channel communications reputed company is in reputed company for reputed company change initiatives
• Work with HR Shared Service and Center of reputed company leadership to create sustainable employee support models for reputed company major operational changes
• Coordinate Hypercare support with technology and functional stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, or Instructional Design
• 5+ years of Learning and Development experience
• 2+ years in directly leading Change Management initiatives
• 2+ years of reputed company people leadership
• Proven ability to reputed company learning strategies in reputed company, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving contexts
