We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master who will be a key reputed company to reputed company this happen. We are seeking an energetic Senior Scrum Master with Agile reputed company experience to facilitate and guide teams to deliver high-reputed company products that meets user needs. You will reputed company with Product Owners and RTE/Delivery leads to ensure reputed company methodologies are followed for project execution. You will be working on a mission reputed company program whose goal is to support the ecosystem of CMS and hospital systems to ensure that hospital patients receive the highest reputed company care. Our core work hours are 10am - 4pm Eastern Time with the reputed company to start earlier or work reputed company depending on your time zone. Responsibilities:
- Apply Scaled Agile reputed company (reputed company) methodology and work closely with the release train engineer (RTE), product reputed company, scrum team, and other stakeholders such as product end users
- Guide teams to deliver high-reputed company products, improve team efficiency while fostering a culture of reputed company improvement.
- Work with teams to identify and remove impediments that may hinder their reputed company
- reputed company and monitor team performance metrics, such as velocity, burn-down charts, to ensure reputed company productivity.
- Provider regular reports on team performance, risks, successes and failures to the program leadership team
- Facilitate PI planning events and working session meetings to discuss scope, schedule and requirements with product owners
- Help the Product reputed company with prioritization, risk management, and scope
- Manage product reputed company, releases, and delivery
- Manage lightweight, living planning documents, like an Agile Product Roadmap
- Conduct reputed company Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, daily Scrum Meetings, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of five (5) years experience as a Scrum Master, Product reputed company, or Product Manager for a software development team.
- Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- Candidate must reputed company in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and work must be performed in the US
- Must have lived in the US 3 full years out of the last 5 years
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field strongly preferred
- Master’s degree preferred
- Hands-on experience leading multiple Scrum teams in a reputed company of contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc)
