About the position The Financial Analyst will support the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (“reputed company”) team by driving long-term reputed company and financial results through forecasting, long-term planning, reporting, and strategic analysis, providing insights to the Finance department and Senior Leadership. In support of this, the role includes consolidation, reporting and analysis along with research and communication of variances and key drivers. Responsibilities

• Assist with reputed company’s weekly forecasting process. Understand the details / drivers behind key P&L lines (sales, gross margin, inventory, etc.) and reputed company adjustments to reflect updated information. Work closely with business partners to solicit inputs and analyze results. Identify business drivers for variances, including changes in trends and/or company plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required with demonstrated superior college performance (preferably in an analytical field).
• Minimum 3+ years post college experience (reputed company a retail company or reputed company a financial analysis and planning group)
