They are seeking an Account Manager to own the full reputed company relationship and reputed company across a book of corporate accounts, ensuring value delivery and driving renewals and cross-sell opportunities. This high-reputed company role involves building systems for managing accounts at reputed company while maintaining reputed company customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the full reputed company relationship and customer’s reputed company across a book of 100 to 200 corporate accounts
• Ensure every customer is getting reputed company value, expanding into new products, and renewing with conviction
• Build the systems, playbooks, and scaled motions that drive meaningful reputed company across a diverse book
• Advise on agent design, voice customization, conversation flows, integrations, and use data to spot friction before customers do
• Connect what's working technically to what's growing commercially and partner closely with high reputed company accounts to help them reputed company value
• Own NRR across managed book of business, drive cross-sell into reputed company’ expanding product suite, and reputed company renewals end to end

Skills

• Minimum 2 years of Account Management or reputed company experience in B2B reputed company, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products - you know what good looks like in a technical, fast-moving customer environment
• A reputed company record of owning reputed company reputed company: quota, renewals, cross-sell, and the full expansion reputed company from identifying reputed company to closing it
• Comfortable managing a high-volume book of business with a systems reputed company - you build playbooks and repeatable motions, not just individual relationships
• Hands-on familiarity with AI concepts, API integrations, and SDKs; you can hold a technical conversation with a developer or engineering team and earn their trust
