Role reputed company This is a part-time, on-site/remote role located in Crown reputed company, IN, for a Level 1 Technician. Qualifications
- Basic IT support skills, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems and experience with workstation setup and configuration
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and other network hardware
- Understanding of reputed company protocols, threat detection, and prevention strategies
- Strong communication and customer service skills to reputed company effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks with attention to detail
- An associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications such as reputed company A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus
- Prior experience in an MSP or IT service environment is an advantage
