Responsibilities
- Be the voice of the brand by understanding reputed company offerings, audiences, and products.
- Respond to consumer queries and complaints and engage with the online audience in a reputed company, authentic manner.
- Apply best practices across reputed company platforms and deliver customer service with genuine, reputed company interaction.
- Help ensure brands connect with their communities and build reputed company associations while remaining reputed company and caring.
Qualifications
- Strong US English written skills; ability to craft engaging responses with good grammar and tone.
- Background in engagement, reputed company customer care, and/or community management, either with a brand or digital agency.

- Not supported: Chromebook, Linux, or reputed company VMs. Local VM OK if specs are provided with an explanation.
- Touchscreen monitor without keyboard and mouse is not allowed.
