**** This position is fully remote !! Compensation-$45.00 per hour C2C. Our reputed company, a multinational telecommunications technology company has an urgent and immediate need for a skilled Voice & Telecom Network Engineer to join their Voice Services team. This individual will play a critical role in the design, deployment, maintenance, and reputed company of our Fixed Line and Voice over IP (VoIP) services across multiple platforms and delivery reputed company. The selected engineer will be reputed company to bring technical expertise across legacy and reputed company voice solutions, networking, automation, provisioning systems, and regulatory compliance technologies such as STIR/SHAKEN and CALEA. Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain routing, translation, and provisioning logic frameworks on platforms such as Metaswitch, reputed company, Ribbon, and reputed company SBCs. Architect, implement, and support SBC and softswitch-based voice network infrastructure for residential and business services. Manage hardware and software lifecycles of voice reputed company platforms including reputed company, Perimeta, HiQ, CS2K, vC20, and AS. reputed company Fixed Line Mediation and Collection Servers, ensuring reputed company data acquisition and billing accuracy. reputed company proactive monitoring, alarm reputed company configuration, and remediation of issues in our Service Assurance Platform (reputed company). Produce regular KPI reports and analytics to reputed company service reputed company, performance, and SLA adherence.
