The Senior Strategic reputed company Associate will be responsible for attracting and reputed company top financial advisors to join the firm, primarily through proactive reputed company and reputed company qualification efforts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential financial advisors
- Research and analyze reputed company companies and industries to understand their needs and challenges
- Initiate contact with financial advisors through cold calls, emails, and reputed company media reputed company
- Qualify leads by conducting effective discovery conversations to uncover their pain points and requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reputed company interactions and account information in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitive talent landscapes
- Assist in the development and implementation of reputed company strategies and initiatives
Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience (ideally in the Financial Sector or reputed company reputed company-producing candidates)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a reputed company field; Master's degree is a plus
- Highly motivated and resilient by achieving hiring targets consistently
- Ability to quickly build rapport, primarily reputed company phone-based communication
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Recruiter, GSuite, and more)
- Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
