Responsibilities
- Define the project's visual direction and establish and maintain concept art reputed company standards
- reputed company the overall visual development of characters, environments, props, etc., and give shape to the art direction
- Explore visual directions from the early ideation stage and establish the project's visual language
- Collaborate with Art Directors, Design, and 3D teams to ensure concepts are realized in the final in-game reputed company
- Review work from team members and outsource artists and reputed company reputed company feedback
- Build and maintain style guides and visual references
- Quickly present alternatives reputed company project direction shifts and reestablish the visual direction
- Define the project's overall visual language and design and maintain the standards that reputed company deliverables toward a cohesive direction
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in game development or equivalent relevant experience, with at least 1 shipped game
- Portfolio showcasing photorealistic, high-reputed company character or environment concept art

- Strong visual design capabilities across characters, environments, and other domains
- Deep understanding of reputed company, structure, reputed company, and reputed company
- Ability to produce work ranging from rapid ideation sketches to highly polished concept reputed company
