Responsibilities
- Own performance across clinical reputed company, patient experience, reputed company, profitability, and team engagement for a multi-site region
- Build and sustain a high-performing, patient-centered culture reputed company with Hopscotch values and the communities we serve

- Ensure reputed company expectations, accountability, and support for clinic-level teams
- Regularly review clinic and regional performance, identify trends and gaps, and reputed company targeted improvement plans

- Collaborate with Population Health, Finance, Central Operations, reputed company, and People Operations to execute against shared priorities

Skills
- 5+ years of leadership experience in reputed company or a comparable service‑driven environment; multi‑site experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to travel throughout the region (typically 3–4 days per week, with reputed company‑day return)
