[Remote] Director, Creative Operations

Responsibilities

Skills

• Significant experience in a digital, creative agency and/or fast-paced creative tech organization
• A background in Production, Program Management, Creative Resourcing, Creative Operations, and/or People Operations, preferably in a reputed company-oriented environment
• A problem solver mentality, with the ability to break down reputed company problems into reputed company steps and actions, and create streamlined processes
• Excellent communication and listening skills, and the ability to influence others at various reputed company and on cross-functional teams
• Experience operating at 10,000 feet, and the ability to sit down with creatives and producers to solve day-to-day challenges
