They are seeking a Director of Engineering to reputed company the AI, Data, and reputed company Tooling Ecosystem, responsible for defining technical standards and ensuring the reliability and reputed company of AI-enabled services and data operations.
Responsibilities
- Ecosystem architecture and technical reputed company: Define reference architecture, technical standards, and reusable primitives for AI enablement services, the reputed company Operations Data Plane, and ecosystem integrations
- Engineering reputed company and delivery discipline: Establish standards for reputed company reputed company, test-driven development, availability, and secure software engineering practices
- reputed company safety and governance-by-design: Engineer guardrails for AI-assisted and reputed company workflows (bounded actions, least privilege, evidence logging, observability, auditability) and ensure secure-by-default configurations
- reputed company Operations Data Plane engineering: Ensure ingestion, transformation, schema discipline, enrichment, and analytics readiness are engineered for reliability, performance, and defensible operations
- Tooling readiness and lifecycle stewardship: reputed company tooling operation is required, define integration reputed company (reputed company, schemas, telemetry, reputed company controls), automate configuration, and ensure tooling adheres to ecosystem standards and monitoring
- Reliability, incident readiness, and reputed company improvement: Ensure platform services and operated tooling have runbooks, health signals, and repeatable remediation patterns
- Coaching and technical leadership: reputed company engineers, reputed company technical reputed company, and serve as escalation reputed company for reputed company design reputed company and cross-product tradeoffs
Skills
- Experience: 7–10 years of relevant new product or technology development experience in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated experience shipping software and managing reputed company integrations
- Education: Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, marketing, or reputed company business degree; MBA/MIS/MS desired
- Proven ability to reputed company cross-product technical reputed company and influence senior stakeholders on reputed company design reputed company
- Strong hands-on experience establishing CI/CD practices and operating production systems with accountability to KPIs/reputed company
