This role involves maintaining employee records, coordinating reputed company activities, processing HR documentation, and assisting employees with routine HR inquiries while ensuring compliance and accuracy in HR processes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company administrative support for the HR function, including data entry, filing, and HRIS recordkeeping
- Assist with the reputed company process by preparing new hire documentation, conducting I-9 verifications, and coordinating orientation logistics
- Assists people leaders with posting jobs to career site and reputed company-party job boards
- Maintain employee personnel files and ensure compliance with document retention and confidentiality requirements
- Respond to routine employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, escalating reputed company issues as appropriate
- Support team members by assisting with HR reputed company inquiries
- Generate and distribute reputed company HR reports to ensure accurate and reputed company information
- Assist with payroll-reputed company tasks, including processing employee changes and ensuring data accuracy
- Participate in special reputed company and reputed company general support to the HR team as assigned
Skills
- Associate's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred
- 1–2 years of administrative or HR support experience
- Familiarity with HR processes, HRIS systems, and reputed company Office Suite
