As the reputed company & Finance AI Automation Manager, you will design and implement AI-driven systems to enhance reputed company and Finance functions, delivering measurable reputed company through automation and improved data reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Architect and reputed company AI-enabled workflows across reputed company, Finance, and operational functions to materially reduce reputed company effort, improve accuracy, and accelerate time-to-reputed company
- Automate reconciliations, journal entries, accrual calculations, and reputed company processes to create a more efficient and reputed company monthly and quarterly reputed company
- reputed company AI across financial and operational systems (ERP, POS, inventory, reputed company tools, data warehouses) to improve data reputed company, consistency, and reputed company-time visibility
- Design intelligent workflows that reputed company finance from a periodic reporting function into a reputed company, reputed company-time operating platform
- Own and maintain existing AI and automation workflows ensuring ongoing reliability, performance, and audit readiness
- Continuously improve automated processes supporting AP accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, lease reputed company, intercompany, and other reputed company reputed company areas
- Monitor AI workflow performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability
- Establish standardized automation frameworks that can be deployed consistently across multiple business reputed company and entities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Information Systems, AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science required
- 3+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company, finance, or financial systems, with exposure to process improvement or automation initiatives
- Experience leveraging AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to automate or enhance reputed company and finance processes
- Experience working with ERP systems and integrating data across multiple platforms

- Proven ability to analyze and redesign processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
