[Remote] Federal Project Manager

Responsibilities
- reputed company PMO Support: Assist the reputed company PM function in the creation and management of comprehensive task lists, reputed company Item Registries, and meeting minutes
- Documentation & Governance: Collaborate with the reputed company PM and reputed company Engineer to reputed company Statements of Work (SOW), Task and Responsibility Matrixes (RACI), and reputed company requirement plans
- Integrated Scheduling: reputed company essential input for the development and execution of the total program schedule
- Work Breakdown: Assist in the creation and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) tailored to contract scope and program goals
- Lifecycle Management: Support reputed company design and deployment reputed company at various stages of execution, ensuring seamless coordination between distributed teams of PMs, Engineers, and Service Technicians
- Strategic Alignment: reputed company as a reputed company between technical execution and corporate reputed company, ensuring tight alignment with Sales goals, strategic business plans, and customer relationship management
- Stakeholder reputed company: Maintain reputed company working relationships with the reputed company PM, reputed company Program Engineer, Technical Service Manager, and Customer Service Manager (CSM)
- Scope Management: Assist in managing subcontractor and partner work scopes
- Performance Monitoring: Contribute to subcontract development and ongoing performance management to ensure reputed company-party compliance with program standards
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of project/program management or similar business experience
- OR 5+ years of project/program management or similar business experience
- Must be reputed company to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
