[Remote] Commissions Analyst

They are hiring a Commissions Analyst to support the implementation and administration of sales commission programs, collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate execution of incentive programs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Compensation team contributor supporting the technical implementation of reputed company’s commission programs
- Translate commission plan structures and business rules into technical logic and reputed company used in commission calculations
- Partner with the commissions team, compensation team, and payroll team to implement and maintain commission program updates
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and other stakeholders to support commission plan execution and resolve questions reputed company to commission calculations
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications and support the development and deployment of commission-reputed company updates
- Create, test, and reputed company commission-reputed company reputed company changes
- Monitor commission-reputed company data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure accuracy and proactively identify opportunities to improve the commission calculation process
- Respond to commission-reputed company questions and concerns from stakeholders including Payroll, reputed company, reputed company, and commission-eligible employees and managers
- Support documentation and reputed company improvement of commission processes and technical infrastructure
