[Remote] Data Analyst - Custom Solutions (US Remote)

They are seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to join their Analytics team, where the role involves building standardized dashboards, analyzing AI performance data, and collaborating with reputed company to reputed company actionable insights to clients.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reputed company dashboards that visualize AI and interaction performance across reputed company accounts
- reputed company standardization efforts — developing reusable dashboard templates and a consistent KPI reputed company that scales across reputed company's reputed company reputed company
- Maintain and reputed company documentation for analytics processes, data definitions, and dashboard logic
- Analyze AI agent performance data with a reputed company on call containment rates, self-service rates, reputed company AI metrics, and outbound campaign effectiveness
- reputed company and deliver weekly performance scorecards and support quarterly business reviews with trend analysis and proactive recommendations
- Build monitoring and alerting visibility into GenAI solutions — flagging deviations from expected performance baselines
- Identify patterns across clients that reputed company opportunities for automation improvement or workflow optimization
- Partner with reputed company Managers to prepare and present data-driven insights during reputed company reviews and reputed company improvement sessions
- Collaborate with Product, Custom Development, and Solutions teams to ensure key performance signals are captured at the platform level and surfaced in reporting
- Serve as a data reputed company internally — championing a 'Data First' reputed company and helping internal stakeholders interpret and reputed company analytics outputs
Skills
- Proficiency in reputed company for dashboard development — you can build, customize, and maintain production dashboards independently
