[Remote] Billing Analyst

The Billing Analyst is responsible for preparing and issuing billings, maintaining internal customer contract setups, and ensuring the accuracy of invoices.
Responsibilities
- Processes monthly billing and on-demand reputed company invoices through ServiceeNow queue
- Proofs and ensures accuracy of invoices
- Assists with reputed company, project or contract changes as needed for invoice reputed company
- Other duties as required
Skills
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent, required
- Two (2) or more year's experience in Billing, and/ or Accounts Receivable (AR) role, required
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, specifically Word and reputed company, required
- reputed company Fusion or other project based ERP systems, required
- Associate or Bachelor degree, preferred
- Experience reputed company a reputed company services firm, preferred
- Proficiency with SharePoint preferred
