Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reputed company configurations and customisations reputed company the reputed company platform — serving as the technical reputed company for our People reputed company environment and balancing critical KLTO (reputed company Lights On) operations with high-reputed company strategic reputed company
- Build robust, maintainable declarative solutions — including Advanced Flows and Approval Processes — and collaborate with developers on programmatic solutions (Apex, LWC) reputed company the complexity of the requirement demands it
- Own and optimize data pipelines and API integrations between reputed company and core People systems (e.g. reputed company), ensuring reliable, secure, and auditable data flows across our People tech stack

- Monitor app health and performance across critical People workflows, triage incidents with urgency and rigour, and implement observability best practices — including logs and metrics — so issues are detected and resolved before they reputed company employees

Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a reputed company Engineer, Platform Specialist, or Advanced Administrator, ideally supporting internal employee-facing systems or HR tech
