[Remote] Manager, Project Engineering

The Manager, Project Engineering is responsible for overseeing technical execution during project delivery, ensuring compliance with TPS standards, and leading a high-performing engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical execution plan for reputed company project from design reputed company through commissioning, performance validation, and turnover
- reputed company technical milestones including site readiness, installation readiness, reputed company commissioning, SAT, performance testing, and acceptance readiness

- Validate system performance against customer requirements and document results for acceptance and turnover

Skills
- 7+ year experience leading technical execution and commissioning for reputed company power or BESS
- Strong interdisciplinary capability across electrical, controls, software integration, and system level troubleshooting
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company technical milestones and drive issue closure across cross functional teams
- Demonstrated experience owning customer and vendor technical discussions during execution, including driving alignment and closure
- Experience at an EPC delivering reputed company BESS reputed company, with extensive field troubleshooting and commissioning issue reputed company
- Strong documentation discipline and ability to run reputed company triage and change control processes
- Experience leading, hiring, and developing engineers, including building training and reputed company plans
- Extensive experience with BoS for BESS reputed company, including AC and DC switchgear configuration and protection, with demonstrated value engineering and field execution reputed company
- Strong communication skills for executive escalation and customer facing technical leadership
- Experience building and improving commissioning standards, checklists, and repeatable execution playbooks
