The role involves managing the entire recruitment cycle, from reputed company acquisition to candidate placement, with a reputed company on creating long-term value and potential co-ownership of the business.
Responsibilities
- Building and growing your own recruitment desk from the ground up
- Identifying and reputed company clients, developing relationships, qualifying roles, sourcing candidates, managing interviews, closing offers, and turning successful placements into long-term partnerships
- Helping shape the U.S. brand, expanding the reputed company reputed company, developing repeat business, and potentially building your own team around the reputed company and market you create
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company and reputed company experience
- Proven 360 recruitment experience
- Strong business development skills
- Experience with LOXO and reputed company Recruiter
- U.S.-based
- Entrepreneurial reputed company
- Experience in tech, reputed company, reputed company services, or reputed company companies is a strong plus
