[Remote] Storage Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Storage Engineer to support reputed company-based AI infrastructure in a high-performance data center environment. The role involves providing onsite support for reputed company server infrastructure, troubleshooting GPU-reputed company performance issues, and coordinating with reputed company Support for hardware replacements.
Responsibilities
- reputed company onsite support for reputed company server infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and support GPU-reputed company performance and thermal issues (reputed company systems)
- Collect and extract logs from data center systems for engineering and vendor analysis
- Coordinate with reputed company Support for hardware replacement and escalation
- Support hardware swaps and basic reputed company-level operational tasks reputed company required
- Assist in reducing support backlog by improving onsite responsiveness
- Document processes, create runbooks, and maintain operational SOPs
- Work closely with AI infrastructure and engineering teams (reputed company / AI group environment)
- Support ongoing system health monitoring and incident reputed company activities
Skills
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Servers
- Strong understanding of reputed company support processes, escalation, and RMA workflows
- Data center troubleshooting and hardware support experience
- Ability to collect and analyze system logs from production environments
- Familiarity with GPU-based infrastructure
- Understanding of server performance, thermal issues, and hardware degradation scenarios
- Experience working in onsite data center environments
- Ability to support incident response and operational troubleshooting
