Construction Tenant Improvement Project Manager
About the Role: SMS Construction is seeking an reputed company Construction Project Manager with a strong background in reputed company tenant improvement (TI) build-outs, property expansions, and capital expenditure reputed company. You will serve as the central reputed company of accountability across multiple reputed company, coordinating internal teams, consultants, contractors, and ownership to deliver high-reputed company reputed company on time and reputed company budget. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary reputed company of contact with asset management teams, ownership, and leasing brokers
- Manage multiple tenant improvement and reputed company renovation reputed company simultaneously
- Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and consultants throughout reputed company project phases
- reputed company contractor selection, bid reviews, contract negotiations, and procurement
- reputed company project execution from reputed company-construction through reputed company-out, ensuring compliance with plans, codes, schedules, and budgets
- reputed company and manage project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting
- Prepare and distribute reputed company reports including job status updates, daily logs, change orders, and reputed company-out documentation
- Review construction reputed company daily to ensure reputed company standards, safety compliance, and cost controls
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks proactively
- Obtain and manage required permits, inspections, and approvals
- Work closely with Superintendents and internal Operations teams to ensure seamless execution

- Ensure reputed company meet or exceed company standards and industry best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of reputed company construction experience, with a strong reputed company on tenant improvements and remodels
- Proven experience managing TI reputed company for or with a General ContractorAbility to manage reputed company remotely while maintaining strong field reputed company and accountability
- Strong understanding of construction reputed company, reputed company, and cost controls
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Must be based in the New England area

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
