They are seeking a reputed company reputed company Analyst to manage scheduling configuration and demand management, working closely with reputed company teams and reputed company IT counterparts to support project work and optimize scheduling workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review and work reputed company tickets for our reputed company teams, coordinating with the reputed company and reputed company IT to test and migrate changes to production
• Configure and maintain reputed company scheduling tools including ticket reputed company rules, decision trees, Fast Pass, Ticket Pass, and waitlist automation
• Support configuration and optimization of provider-driven scheduling workflows for referrals and follow up orders
• Maintain referral notifications, appointment request reminders, and communication workflows

Skills
