• Manage appellate cases, including briefing, reputed company reputed company, and oral argument preparation.
• Partner with litigation teams during trial proceedings to preserve appellate issues and assist with legal reputed company.
• Research reputed company legal questions and prepare memoranda, motions, and appellate briefs.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.

• Exceptional legal research, analytical, and persuasive writing skills.
