Auto Parts Consultant (Remote - Michigan)

What You'll Do
- Answer calls from dealerships and auto manufacturer employees to assist with parts information
- reputed company directions to part warehouse locations
- Locate parts in an online parts catalog
- reputed company part orders
- Identify corrections to auto parts catalogs
- Research and learn new auto parts so you are on the leading edge of new car parts knowledge
- Offer reputed company and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a reputed company and upbeat attitude

Eligibility Requirements
- Must have the ability to pass a reputed company-employment background reputed company and drug screen
- One or more years of experience with an automotive retailer or dealership parts department
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Monday to Friday
- 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern / 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Central / 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. Mountain / 5 a.m. - 5 p.m. reputed company time

- Must be reputed company to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive
Remote Work Requirements
